Hi malaga I've said it before but if people here are not buying in Perth and are still listening to the bears then I guess there's no hope for them. Last year Perth had a net gain of 67000 people or 1300 a week and that is excellerating. We now have a rental crisis because we have'nt built enough house and units. We have gone from 20000 for sale down to 12000 and that trend is going to keep going down. Below 12000 is a sellers market here so hang on for some great gains in the next few years - that's if you own property here. I will be looking to buy more properties here in Perth in the next few weeks. My Madora Bay property will be finished and leased by the end of the month and it's time to do at least one more here in Perth before the inevitable.
