Listings come down alot but the trend hasn't changed. Lots of people want to sell but can't. Huge overhang imo should prices go up again. I reckon once the council/water bills arrive and the carbon tax bites listing will go up again.
Malaga no I haven't softened lol, but it is nice that we can peacefully exchange our views without insults :) But I never said all suburbs will fall and some investors will make money even in a falling market. Good luck to them but it is not for me.
Watershed moments coming up imo, Roy Hill wil get postponed in 2012 and cancelled in 2013. Fortescue will drop expansions in 2013.
Again, imo it has more to do with confidence then actual projects.
