depends on the Suburb mine still went up 5% but not the 15-20% it used to so you could say it went down 10% but the real sale price is still about the same.
Ive been looking at houses just on the weekend and you can buy at 300k for an old house 3x1 or down the road its 400k for a 10 months old 4x1.
goto a different Suburb still new about 5 years old your looking at 400k-600k most about 450k-500k but bargins to be had.
I think you need to look at what Suburb you want to buy in some are holding some are down 10%.
