Interesting, When you adjust Perths house prices for the last 45 years for inflation showing everything in 2013 Dollars, it looks like its been in decline since 2007. Not keeping up with inflation at all.
Looks like this will also fall 50% to reach normal prices from the 90's..
Interesting that housing in 1970 was the same as in 2003 for cost..
This must really screw up property bulls minds to see money adjusted for inflation..
