    I agree. The inner city here has been in the hands of amateurs, and thank goodness for that. There are some seriously well located properties where time has stood still from 1970, literally, no development, maintenance, just dilapidated bargain rentals. Have seen some with those concrete verandah roofs, chairs placed on top to catch the city views and fireworks lol.

    I may be presumptuous, but assume Melbourne/Sydney have sewn up the 5 km city radius. Not here.

    But, that is good. I'm sure an expert low baller could snap a few of those up. Just my opinion but it's far more affordable run down than if they were all done up and presented, esp a whole street.
