    This resource boom wont last forever should be back to normal in Perth once they get Gorgon and Wheatstone built 2015. BHP have put projects on hold till end of year gold miners are nervous can feel trouble brewing people are nervous. 1000 people a week figure is absolute fantasy land most wont stay in Perth permanently.
    Property going nowhere unless we all end up like Mandurah.
