Nata...we all have our preferences, and theories, and speculations
I am levereaged at 25%, holding 75% equity in my commercial and residential portfolio
my property portfolio is in a large rural city, and surrounding burbs....I am not exposed to the silly inner city prices

I reluctantly hold another 30% cash at just over 6% on deposit, the cash deposit is the most losing asset...due to the true inflation figure'
cash is the asset most at risk, of not keeping pace with inflation....
it is held, for the rainy day events, or when the world goes mad...
and as substantial deposits, for any bargains I may find out there, or in the current world of the scaredy cats

plus I keep my sanity intact....I am not exposed to the maniacal movements on the stock markets
