And have been keeping a close eye on realestate.com.au as to what the market is doing within my suburb.
There are many properties coming onto the market and noticed today that a real estate agent has dropped a home for sale for a whopping $200,000 and stated on the website that his vendor has decided to meet the market.
I consider it still over valued when you compare the prices to say a more coastal suburb like City Beach.
I also keep a close eye on what's selling in City Beach.......the occaisional property which is well groomed and decently renovated, but that's all.
It's still very much a buyers market........but they are not buying just yet!!
