Umm...who cares... nearly everyone that bought in the last year!

Oh yes, long term they will be fine, but ask them do they wish they had waited...that's who cares.

Unfortunately, this is proof that property prices are a very complex mix of variables and regardless of how upbeat you are regarding the direction of prices based on these variables you may get it totally wrong.

A new ball game I feel with the current variables. One that both the new and old players have never played before.

Makes it very interesting to watch.
