IM keeping my rent low for my place in Parmelia to keep good tenants in, but there are literally 5 houses to rent on realestate.com.au and from what i can see i could get an extra $30 a week.
I just dont understand the whole "ill wait for prices to crash to buy". Its a very "im only going to ever own 1 house" mentality. The way i see it, if the property goes up in value i win. If values go down it makes my second property easier to buy. Property aint staying low forever, and at 29, i can hold for another 35 years if i have to for the next boom.
