even a 10% increase is substantial, and better than dead money in the banks....that is constantly devalued due to inflation I like your attitude dylan, when you are in the market, you can see both sides, and prudent investors, can usually position themselves to take advantage,of anything that crops up.... the majority of us, are also very much aware of the market, that suits the renting fraternity.... most of us were all renters at some stage.... rather than arguing about the pros and cons of buying... its simply all about supply and demand for the different forces at play I love renters....I would be lost without them...
