I really am not interested as to whether you are going into IP or not the truth of the matter you comment on matters in isolation, with little knowledge of the market in Perth, make sweeping statements about our debt levels, information we would not share with you whether it is nil or a billion, and you believe we on this site are going to consider you the resident expert.
Tell us what sane person admits on this site they are going to buy a house for over a million - lose 200,000 of it in the next year or so and wants to be treated with respect. You would be better off renting a house for $1500 per week, get a 12 month lease, and preserve your capital.
Give us all a break - you don't really believe what you are saying - neither do we if that is any comfort to you.
