    Rising numbers of properties are now coming onto the market.
    Rents are also falling.
    More and more units coming available in 2015.
    Mining construction projects winding down and many finish end of next year.
    Personal debts have never been higher.
    Unemployment in WA rising.

    Yep, it's all going to happen in 2015 for Perth.
