I never, ever subscribed to anyones prediction of a $2 sp for CYP! But I would not be surprised if it is $1 plus by end 2015 before you get your realestate testicles in a knot!
Notwithstanding any stats you may present here, I reconfirm Moons view in his first 2 posts here, WA property values are in decline right now! Its anecdotal and a reasonable persons view from the ground up!
