Interesting thanks for sharing, the only issues are the flooded market with properties I heard there is over 20,000 properties up for sale here in Perth as when mining slowed the local construction industry helped keep jobs ticking over.
I’ve been in mining for close to a decade and what I’ve noticed is with the mining construction jobs is that a big portion of the workers come from over east they fly over so their 4 weeks then fly home again.
It’s been good to see recently though the approval of the large Iron ore projects proposed by Rio Tinto and FMG.
