Nevertheless, if lithium refining and battery factories eventuate in Perth, and employ the said projected 100,000 people, then one assumes it would increase employment, and have some effect on property prices. I was not talking about lithium mines out in the Never-Never . I also qualified my post by saying, "notwithstanding adverse economic events," (paraphrased).
