Down 400 in a week and as someone in the media suggested the perfect storm is building with
A surging population -
low interest rates -
A building slump that's caused a housing shortage
Rental squeeze and higher rents are now pushing tenants to question why bother paying rent when we could be buying.
If the ANZ are right and interest rates drop another 1% then this could turn into a PI's utopia.
