I agree though that massive increases in property rices (or any asset class for that matter) is no good. That is not by bone of contention-what I do not agree with is that we will see a massive property crash though with the media going into a freenzy of 'massive price slides' on a drop off 0.4% I hate to thinik what the headlines would be if property actually dropped even 5%...
