and the same report from REIWA states that week ending JAN 2nd 2013 total sales = 212 ....down 100 from the same week last year (312) thats a third of sales that have gone by the way side and listings below 10,000 in Perth could be an indicator of vendors not bothering to list....
See.....my whole point is that stats can be manipulated to what ever tune you want to hear..
