lol I love these kids who have never even bought or sold spending all their time on the interweb inparting their immense levels of knowledge and wisdom...
besides advertising you dont pay RE fees until you sell....they didnt teach you that in first year uni arts degree?
Whinge moan and complain..whatever. The simple fact is you are whinging and moaning because you dont hold, but garaunteed as soon as you buy you will go silent on praying for property to crash wont ya champ ;)
