ITS NOT SELLING! they are taking it (property) off the listing to prevent it from 'going stale'...
its just that i have an occupation and do NOT depend on "sucking anybody in" in order to make some money !
thats what good jobs are for ( you work you make money you spend on whatever and life goes on...)
the day i have to count on capital gains from my property (for my riches) i will change the career or my way of life or denounce dignity as one of my characteristics !
it is one thing to calculate 3% inflation and allow for it in a resale price of the house...
it is a completely another thing to want gains of 100% in few years (even if it is 7 as bulls are pointing out)...that is plainly stupid and unachievable and definately not good for economy or society !
and to go against society or economy in general is just selfish and (bottom line) stupid !!!
