I can understand why people live there. Do not get a lot for your money inner city. I walk past two properties just listed in Wright Street Highgate, every day. Both run down dumps bigger one listed for $900,000. Funny bit is there is a rehab clinic close by. Like scenes from One flew over the cuckoos nest. Next street over Stirling St is where the pros hang out. Not a pretty sight at 6.30 am. Not for everyone.
