Yes they paid 950k back in 07 for the house on big block. Carved it up Renovated the front and left 250m2 at the back for a multiple dwelling (zoned r80, though not sure you can do multiple dwellings there) I hope it sells around that price for my own selfish reasons! Though there are some obvious limitations with it's absence yard. Outlook it good though.

Reno on Harold looks vey interesting. Been meaning to look on near map to see what they are up to. Looks like they are doing a courtyard type design.
