The other is $1.25m without the Green Titled blocked...that's being flogged for $565k...as an extra! And to think we were struggling to get $665k for mum's #66(864sqm...approx 12mx72m...a loooong...narrow block) in Mar 2005. The pros had just started to show up. Neighbours either side wouldn't sell(rentals)...guy behind owned all 3...idea was for a super block from Wright > Lord...hence...the development you see on Lord over the 3 blocks only.
Pre 2004...the area was a modest...well located suburb.
