perth market fast facts

This is a section in the "West Australian" real estate section.

Not sure if this is happening around the country but would be easy to examine and compare if it was. It would be nice to see if the whole country is having the same trends.

I havent compared the other weeks editions as I have only noticed it in todays paper.

But I would say that seems to be a high number of listing and a fairly big drop in sales from even just 4 weeks ago let alone the 12 month figure.
