1. How many shareholders turned up to the meeting?

2. Did any shareholders speak against Resolutions 3-9?

3. Did the directors offer any explanation as to why they believed they were entitled to these "performance rights"?

4. Did any shareholder ask whether Trafford Resources was voting on all of the resolutions, especially those involving financial benefits to the directors?

5. If it was, was the decision to allow it to do so questioned or challenged on the basis that the directors held significant financial interests and had effective control of the voting company and, as such, there may be a conflict of interest?
