2) yes they did but to be honest were fobbed off. I didnt speak up, but I realised that give the landslide of votes for the first two resolutions then it was a waste of time making a big fuss as it had already been decided

4) I have thrown away my notes now, but there was a question asked about TRF influence in the voting and Mckay said that on one of the resolutions (sorry I am not sure which one now) but that Traffords share was 1.8m. In hindsight now, the influence of the Trafford votes would not have made a difference to any of the resolutions.
5) The conflict of interest was covered as Finch said that when the directors of Trafford made the decision on the voting of the resolutions that directly affect both Finch and McKay that they left the room and allowed the remaining directors to vote as they sort fit!!
