perth mint silver coins- why so expensive?

    Anyone know what the story is with Perth mint one ounce silver coins?

    They seem to be at a very high premium to spot, over 30%

    This is a much higher premium than other global minters of silver coins such as Canada and USA.

    What gives. Are we being ripped off?
