    IIRC, the issue was with heavy gold bars (400 oz) having an absolute smidgent too much silver in the 0.001 accepted impurity on the world accepted levels of impurities in all bullion( ie, a smidge more Ag than Cu), and they complained. Only China.
    Regardless of these facts, things are not satisfactory at the Perth Mint.
