    I hope you are not right Mozart but can see why this could be an option with the obvious lack of public defence by the Co. Its annoying as a shareholder to see the Co acting like a victim in not taking it to them more publicly and being more proactive in this way. Then again, if the co is doing as you reckon might be, why would they.
