Next round of finance might be interesting. With current elevated sp and a possible real chance of something progressing to clinic i wonder if the major holders might actually be reluctant to dilute their own holdings with a placement to a third party.
One scenario could be certain large holders do a fully underwritten spp to raise 20 million off around 300,000,000 issued shares? This would fund both pyc and vision, and would also allow "certain larger holders" to actually grab a larger portion of the vision spin off if existing holders failed to support the offer.
A good way to get money into the new vehicle while keeping shareholders happy by giving them the chance.
Unfortunately it seems inevitable something must happen soon on finance but for once even the thought of another cr is not terrifying as sp is much healthier and directors have shown in the recent past they dont plan to give the farm away now with deep discounts.
