Yes agree finance will be required sometime soon and agree with general comments around SP and directors not giving the farms away. Just one thing to clarify - if a SPP is made and its underwritten by "certain larger holders" and those holders manage to increase their holdings (lots of other options too) it just means they have a larger holding in PYCTx - not specifically Vision. The shares in Vision will belong to PYCTx. I don't see it as a 'spin-off' in the traditional sense ie separate management, funding, ownership etc (at least for now). My understanding is PYCTx will still be involved as majority owner, commercial partner and IP provider. Easy solution if this doesn't work for us holders - buy more shares...
