no … we didn't much touch on things that I think we all knew were just going to end up in the "commercially sensitive" basket. The are happy with their margins, though …. which I guess is the more important factor.
They had a sample of a special finish they had for the mattress toppings which is waterproof, so when the FR/PCM is applied it also forms a layer to stop people soaking the mattress with coffee (or scotch, or beer …..). I guess these sort of innovations are what gives them the opportunity to improve their margins, too.
