    re: perth property market hush hush a valuer....who gets paid to value properties but uses realesate agents to get their vules from.......Fact a valuer could not value a property without the input of a realestate agent......property prices falling......is that the property that was sold less today that sold 1 month ago for more......or is that the property that went on the market today at an unrealistic, overinflated, vendor hoped for or dumb realestate agents price--then had to be dropped to reflect the true value.....hush the later is what many people called prices going backwards but in reality it was priced wrong to start with....yes there is more properties on the market, yes the buying/selling period has increased from 2-3weeks to10-12 weeks, yes the mortagage default rate has increased hugely IN THE EAST...but as for evidence apart from the odd vendor whom has taken a lower price than they paid a few months ago-usually divorce- IS NOT THERE
