re: perth property market hush ..."ha you have now idea"....ill continue to let you think that....but fact is that valuers ask realestate agants for the information....without the real agents valuers would be often lost.....fact is a valuer covers too broad an area to be a master in the area....fact is the agent covers far less and becomes the master in that area.....Fact is valuers are conservative in giving values and agents predominately get greater prices than valuers value........fact is ive had people in indusrty with 30 years experience and they were no better than they were after the fisrt day they worked-throw your 30 years in the bin because what you say confirms to me that your one of these people
