I developed my business over 30 years and make more money than you will make in a lifetime. My valuers work in specialised areas of Perth not all over the place and they come to me saying which suburbs are feeling the pinch and are falling in value.

My valuers would do about between 10 and 20 valuations a day in each suburb in Perth so don't give me that rubbish about not knowing areas because they are specialised and have far more knowledge about what is happening than you ever would.

However, I don't have to justify anything to you as your the only one on this board who has no idea about the perth property market. But heck go for your life, go buy a property today and i'll see you in 12 months once the bank repossess your house becuase another investor could not read the market and refused to listen to the experts in the industry, such as myself!

You were obviously one of those kids, who rebelled against there parents when you were young and thinks everyone is out to get them. Like I said, if your not going to listen to experts in the property field.. you've got no chance!
