re: perth property market hush ...hmmmif your valuers are so great why do they continue to ask agents for their input????....according to your statements your companies experience would not require input from an agent.....and heres a little story to prove it....my friend offered $480k on land in Carrabooda, 80% borrow, valuers put $380k on it, he pulled out only to find it immediately sell for $480k and then 1.5 years later sell again for %615k
