Agreed have relations at Darling Downs (Serpentine Shire) with a few hectares and large home , they have country life next to little horse ranches , they pretty much fell onto their feet there , as can build a shed and lease it out for storage , have fruit trees and flowers , and herbal berries and sell the fruit at the farmers market as a side line , so no GST going back East .
Need better access to commuter trains though , its surprising the lifestyle blocks are so cheap there
