I’m not buying for another year or two as I think personally we will see price slip even further with these interest rate rises that are coming.
Units only a fool would buy one in Perth.
3 by 2 new builds on tinny blocks are nice and new but the worst investment a first home buyer could get into.
Plus I can rent a 1.2 million dollar house for 525 a week why buy until you know what the markets doing.
The housing market generally doesn’t jump up over night so no rush in the gold rush.
