Its my view based on quite a lot of legwork done over the last few weeks/ months that there are clear sign that Perth property market is turning. Just try house open or auction in western suburbs and you will see for real what I am talking about. Last 2 weeks when I went to see a few house open in 6009/6010 areas I had to pretty much park my car two blocks away as the street was completely full with people trying to view the house and in one house I had to queue up to enter the house. All the house ( more than 10) I inspected in last 2 weeks are already under offer. I tried to make an offer above asking price on one house and the agent didn't take it as she already had a much higher offer...it may sound like a story/ unreal but please try few house open/ auction in western suburbs this/coming weekend to see what I am talking about for real..
