I have just been to Perth and am amazed how many apartment projects are still going up. Not sure where all the people will come from, they have just revised population growth forecasts down significantly (see article below), expecting population to grow at 1% for the next 4 years (not to mention it puts yet another hole in the state budget). That's a lot slower than the east coast.
