There is ONE singular fundamental element sadly overlooked in this thread : Supply has overwhelmed demand in Perth for the better part of the decade. An average of 14 - 15000 properties for sale every week over the past 5 years.
Block out ALL industry narrative and focus one ONE factor alone! The numbers above are EVERYTHING you need to know in a historically cyclical boom/bust market such as Perth.
I.E - When this starts to drop, the market turns!! When that happens? Nobody can tell you that and anybody that does is selling you what you want to hear. Proceed with cautionary sense, people!
