After reading peoples posts, the shock horror to me is, Melb, Syn etc paying up to 1 mill for a few miserable square meters when at around 45min peek hour traffic down the freeway south of Perth and 2 mins off the Freeway, you can buy 10-20 acres with a house for under those prices = a no brainier IMO.
And if you do your homework prior, re -location, you can live the life style for 10 yrs or so, cash in on potential development, a one of deal and set for life.
No rentals trashing your investment etc.
I suppose it's a matter of what you get conditioned to?
