Haha yeh sure 600. By the way I'm an advocate of property ownership, i think everyone who desires it and is in a position to own should. I also advocate the removal of market distorting policies such as investor subsidies that disadvantage first home-buyers who have been known to directly compete with investors over the same products to improve affordability and income returns.
I won't consider me cheer-leading 'perceived' falls in value, i just point out potential and actual REAL devaluations and the economic/systemic risks associated with high household debt brought about by unsustainable high house prices.
But I'm just a poor ,unemployed and homeless cheerleader arguing for the sake of arguing..what do I know. I guess I'll just have to continue to argue for the sake of arguing with those who also just want to argue for the sake of arguing - it can get quite entertaining.
