South Perth apartments are going to have to be keenly priced as there are so many new developments going up.
You would not expect any with a poor layout, poor access, restricted view or if they are old and out-dated to do well.
Parking controls are already pretty strict around that area owing to the existing density. So as more going in, I'm not so sure what would be attractive about a 3 brm apartment with a single car space from a practical perspective?
