dogma, yes valid points, but when people cant afford to buy house you do what
1) Live with parents
2) Live on street
3) Rent
I think 90% of people will take the rent option
With rental propertys a historic lows, investing in properties with high yeilds is not a bad thing. In saying that, it must outweigh the cost of holding a mortgage
i guess time is the biggest truth :) we shall see what it brings hehe
