bwj...nod...is the company supply the buildings....both companies are at lows apz at .90 and nod 1.06 atm... however I still like axi...now about .06 down from .30...axi involved in the port geographe development in wa...but since then has changed direction and more involved with big commercial developments in other locations...the age site in melb cbd...etc
changes came with the Laurence family from the Pivot group...do some research on this company....macquarie backed them to begin with, and canberra investment company and saracen group...all in a jv on the port geographe deal...then they have worldpark adelaide, and worldpark melb...plus others I think they are a good company, with good management...but taking the flak because of the housing..credit...which affected all the others....just did a refinancing deal with st george... just suggest you look at them, keep an eye on it, it will recover...and a cheap way to benefit from property cheers
