some of the outer suburbs of perth are already really struggling with definately more pain to come mandurah/ parts of south west holiday homes will bleed most northern suburbs will get a little support from freeway extension (should be finished in next 2/3 weeks and marmion avenue extension same time frame but the area is still loaded with properties to sell ) I expect little or no growth in the far northern corridor for the next 12 months I was lucky sold mine earlier in the year not at the top and i reduced to meet the market at the end of the financial year but looking at prices now I made the right move
