interesting...a little property company APZ sp about .90(not a listed IPT) announced last evening it is building accommodation in karratha nw wa and woodside is taking a 5 year lease..... this new village was announced late april...aspen doing a spp to fund it....and they have extra land for further units.... financial impact for aspen is increase in aps of 7.7 to 11.1... 2009 to 2011 this group has been buying and transforming caravan parks plus other projects
so they are going ahead with earlier plans...look forward to recovery of china's post olympic slump.... guess in the current environment the sp will slump further cheers
