Give us some credit - this is not an all or nothing end game - we too can read signs - I tho am quite comfortable with a 10% drop in re values as compared to 40 - 50% on ASX and soon to be awful cash returns. My focus has been on consolidation and debt reduction for the last few years. That was after a few years of massive accumulation and debt accumulation. Has paid off. The better you get at it - the better it gets - just love this asset class!
You guys make the fatal error in believing we are all polarised in the buy at all cost syndrome - which is rubbish as you well know being a tax accountant with obvious abilities.
